The complex is located in the southern part of the city, at the intersection of Khushetsky highway and Nasrutdinov Avenue, 600 meters from the shore of the Caspian Sea.

The project is made in the style of "minimalistic constructivism" and symbolizes modernity and the company's style. The complex includes a 15-storey administrative and office building, a seven-storey industrial building, and multi-level parking. The center of the composition is an administrative building, emphasized by dynamic elements using solid semi—structural glazing in blue and graphite colors, which are the main ones for Gazprom Group facilities. The facades of the production building are complemented by perforated metal cassettes of white color, protecting against overheating and visually lightening the design.
